Our mission is to open doors through education, and we need an exceptional Marketing Manager to drive our digital acquisition strategy.

We are seeking a data-driven leader to take full ownership of overseeing a team as they manage our core performance channels. This role primarily focuses on overseeing a team that manages Paid Social (Meta) but requires strategic oversight of PPC (Google Ads) and the wider acquisition funnels( SEO, Wordpress, forecasting). You will be accountable for coordinating a team that is able to translate business goals into a high-impact digital strategy, ensuring efficient spend and maximum quality lead generation to support our mission.

Contract: 3-Month Fixed Term (with potential to renew based on performance)

Salary: $700–$1,000 USD per month converted to your home currency

Location: Fully Remote - Asia

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM BST/GMT

Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for the entire performance marketing ecosystem, driving measurable growth and demonstrating clear Return on Investment (ROI) across all channels.

Strategy, Budgeting & Planning

  • Performance Leadership: Take full ownership and accountability for all paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) and SEO, focusing on maximising quality lead volume and minimising Cost Per Lead (CPL).
  • Team & Resource Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the efforts of channel specialists or external partners/agencies, ensuring all activity is aligned and executed efficiently.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and forecast the paid media budget, making strategic decisions on spend allocation across platforms and campaigns to hit aggressive ROI targets.
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure the paid media strategy aligns seamlessly with our organic strategy and brand guidelines, providing clear direction on messaging and audience targeting across the marketing mix.
  • Financial Reporting: Develop and present monthly/quarterly performance forecasts to senior management, reporting accurately on results, variances, and strategic recommendations for scaling.

Conversion & Optimisation

  • A/B Testing Framework: Establish a rigorous and continuous testing framework for ad creatives, copy, audience segments, and ad formats to unlock new scaling opportunities.
  • CRO & User Journey Optimisation: Own the strategy for Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) on landing pages and the overall user journey to improve lead generation efficiency.
  • Creative Direction: Provide clear, data-backed direction and briefs to the creative team on assets and messaging proven to convert within the e-learning sector.
  • Tracking & Attribution: Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all channels using tools like Google Analytics, UTMs, and Meta reporting to provide a single, clear view of performance.

Market & Stakeholder Management

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging channels, and maintain a competitive edge in the e-learning space.
  • Lead Nurturing Oversight: Define the strategic needs for post-acquisition lead nurturing, ensuring leads transition effectively into the CRM/Email flow for optimal conversion to enrolment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage expectations and communicate complex performance data and strategic needs clearly and concisely to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
What We Are Looking For

Essential Experience

  • 3+ years in a performance marketing role, with proven experience in a managerial or lead capacity focusing on scaling paid acquisition and overseeing multi-channel strategy.
  • Strong track record of managing and scaling large-budget Meta Ads campaigns to hit demanding lead generation and ROI targets.
  • Deep competence in managing digital advertising platforms including Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Expert-level skills in data analysis and attribution tools, including Google Analytics, Meta Reporting, and advanced UTM tracking.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing complex digital marketing funnels and conversion strategies.

Additional Details

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or similar is a bonus, but we value demonstrable results above formal qualifications.

  • Familiarity with UK market dynamics or the ability to quickly adapt to them.
