What You'll Do
  • Lead Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute marketing plans that fuel growth and expand market share.
  • Drive Innovation: Oversee new product development and demand-generation campaigns to elevate brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Inspire a High-Performing Team: Manage and mentor Brand Managers, Trade Marketing, Digital, and Creative teams to deliver impactful results.
  • Optimize Budgets: Ensure marketing initiatives deliver maximum ROI while staying within budget.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: At least 10 years in progressive marketing roles, including 5+ years in a leadership position—FMCG or related industries preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Skills: Strategic mindset, strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and expertise in digital marketing trends and tools.
