Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence, drive lead generation, and increase brand awareness among US healthcare clients. This role is responsible for executing all digital marketing initiatives, from SEO and content creation to paid advertising and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Execution
- Content Production: Plan, write, and edit high-quality, conversion-focused content across all channels, including:
- Long-form Blog Posts and Guides for SEO and thought leadership.
- Website Copy (landing pages, service pages, CTAs) to optimize conversion rates.
- Email Marketing Copy for lead nurturing and drip campaigns.
- Case Studies and White Papers to establish credibility with healthcare executives.
- SEO Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research specific to the MVA and healthcare BPO industry. Optimize all content for search engines (on-page SEO) while ensuring high readability and value for the target US market.
- Content Governance: Ensure all content adheres to brand voice guidelines and maintains strict accuracy and compliance standards relevant to the medical/BPO industry.
Advertising and Analytics
- Lead Generation: Develop, execute, and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram) with the primary goal of generating high-quality B2B leads from US healthcare practices.
- Website Management: Oversee the company website (WordPress/CMS), ensuring high performance, excellent user experience (UX), and continuous SEO health checks.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, and social) using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM data.
Experience & Skills
- Proven professional experience executing B2B digital marketing campaigns, preferably targeting the US market.
- Proven ability to write and edit professional, conversion-focused content.
- Demonstrable expertise in SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page).
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, and Google Search Console.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to write compelling, conversion-focused copy for a professional audience.
Desirable Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Previous experience working in the Healthcare, BPO, or Virtual Assistant industries.
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or a major marketing automation platform.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead tracking and nurture.
