We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our client acquisition marketing efforts, with a primary focus on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, particularly Australia and New Zealand. This role is crucial for driving our company's growth by generating qualified leads and building brand awareness among potential BPO clients.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven B2B marketing strategy focused on lead generation and client acquisition specifically for BPO services targeting key decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, COOs, VPs of Operations, Procurement) in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client pain points within the Asia Pacific BPO sector to inform marketing messaging and positioning.
  • Set clear, measurable goals (KPIs) for lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Builds brand awareness and desirability by developing and executing full funnel, creative, marketing campaigns that support brand and organizational business goals and growth
  • Manages vendor relationships and works with them to improve brand quality, and applies marketing knowledge to develop unique value propositions for stakeholders
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and expenditures.
  • Act as a key liaison or client manager for select high-value clients, serving as the primary point of contact post-sale.
  • Successfully translate client requirements, feedback, and requests into actionable tasks for the appropriate internal administrative, operations, or technical departments, ensuring timely resolution and high client satisfaction.
  • Gather client success stories and testimonials to fuel marketing content and continually refine the BPO's service value proposition.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven B2B marketing experience, with a focus on client acquisition and lead generation.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing services within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
  • Strong Plus: Direct experience or deep understanding of marketing to the Australian and New Zealand (APAC) markets, including cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social, Content Marketing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting executive-level messaging.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement.
