Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team, someone who has a keen understanding of current marketing trends and can execute well-crafted campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a creative individual who understands how to maintain a high-quality brand presence while focusing on lead generation, qualification, and enrichment. The position requires someone with an eye for digital aesthetics and a focus on managing email, social media, and LinkedIn ad campaigns. You will work closely with our Marketing and Business Development teams to support and implement key marketing initiatives that drive growth, including reporting on marketing KPIs, managing content for blog posts and social media posts, and handling ad hoc marketing tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage content for social media platforms, blog posts, and marketing materials
  • Design basic marketing collateral and graphics using established brand guidelines
  • Support campaign execution and tracking through CRM system management
  • Schedule discovery calls between qualified leads and the sales team
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Assist in organizing client events and marketing initiatives
  • Generate performance reports for marketing activities
  • Maintain consistent posting schedules across all marketing channels
  • Support the Marketing Team Leader with campaign implementation and optimization
  • Generate, qualify and enrich leads.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Location: Cebu City

Qualifications:

  • Experience with the following is a plus:
  • email marketing campaigns and marketing automation platforms
  • CRM systems and lead nurturing processes
  • content management systems (CMS)
  • LinkedIn marketing
  • Full professional proficiency in the english language
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Familiarity with SEO principles
  • Understanding of B2B marketing
  • Strong ability to effectively use AI tools as content aids - no fully AI-generated content.
  • Basic understanding of IT/managed services terminology is a plus
