Marketing Lead – Craftamo

Location: Remote (SEA timezone preferred)

Type: Full-time | Immediate Start

Reports to: Operations Manager

With collaborations, product drops, and community at our core, we're scaling fast – and need a bold, strategic Marketing Lead to help take things to the next level.


Your Role

As Marketing Lead, you'll take ownership of Craftamo's entire marketing engine - from email, to paid ads, to influencer campaigns. You're not just executing tactics - you're leading strategy, managing campaigns, and delegating to the team to make big ideas happen.


Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning

  • Develop and execute high-converting campaigns across product launches, subscription growth, and collaborations.

  • Own the monthly/quarterly marketing calendar with data-backed creative ideas.

  • Email & Retention Marketing

  • Build and optimise flows and campaigns in Klaviyo/Mailchimp, including welcome series, up-sells, and win-backs.

  • Segment audiences and improve LTV through personalisation and automation.

  • Paid Advertising

  • Manage and scale paid ads across Meta (IG/Facebook), YouTube, Pinterest & Google.

  • Optimise ad creative, targeting, and budgets with an eye on CAC vs. LTV.

  • Influencer & Creator Marketing

  • Identify and nurture relationships with creators and artists.

  • Oversee influencer campaigns, manage outreach, PR box strategy, and affiliate offers.

  • Team Management

  • Brief, assign and review tasks with copywriters, designers, assistants, and freelancers.

  • Ensure campaigns launch on time and hit KPIs.

  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance across all channels and turn insights into growth decisions.

  • Own dashboards and campaign debriefs.

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years experience in marketing for e-commerce brands.

Proven results in email marketing, paid ads, and influencer campaigns.

  • Comfortable leading a team and managing deadlines.
  • Data-driven but creative - you know how to sell and how to storytell.
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, and influencer tools.

Bonus: Interest in art, creativity, or DTC community-led brands.
