We're looking for someone to help provide seamless administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of daily service reports using Salesforce
  • In-depth review of failed reports and ensuring due diligence is done
  • Updating management reports and spreadsheets
  • Secondary task: Managing inbound work orders and logging them into the system
  • Support admin team in adhoc tasks
  • Email management
  • Maintain an accurate job record-keeping system and ensure files are up to date
  • Day-to-day assistance where needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Australian clients is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of experience in Lettings Administration or Property Administration or Property Management Administration
  • Have high levels of attention to detail
  • A self-starter who can work autonomously and willing to assist other team members
  • Have strong time management skills
  • Confident communicator and enjoys liaising with different people
  • Must have an ACTIVE PASSPORT - NEED TO TRAVEL FOR TRAINING

System Knowledge:

  • Experience in Salesforce is an absolute advantage
  • Intermediate Microsoft knowledge required: Excel, Word, Teams
