We're looking for someone to help provide seamless administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of daily service reports using Salesforce
- In-depth review of failed reports and ensuring due diligence is done
- Updating management reports and spreadsheets
- Secondary task: Managing inbound work orders and logging them into the system
- Support admin team in adhoc tasks
- Email management
- Maintain an accurate job record-keeping system and ensure files are up to date
- Day-to-day assistance where needed
Qualifications:
- Experience with Australian clients is an advantage
- 1-2 years of experience in Lettings Administration or Property Administration or Property Management Administration
- Have high levels of attention to detail
- A self-starter who can work autonomously and willing to assist other team members
- Have strong time management skills
- Confident communicator and enjoys liaising with different people
- Must have an ACTIVE PASSPORT - NEED TO TRAVEL FOR TRAINING
System Knowledge:
- Experience in Salesforce is an absolute advantage
- Intermediate Microsoft knowledge required: Excel, Word, Teams
