Overview

Join a successful global consulting practice as an Administrative Assistant – Multi-Client Consulting Support, providing critical operational and administrative support to a consultant who manages high-profile engagements across multiple industries. This role is ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion. Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: Php

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours (with potential to scale to full-time)

Schedule: Daily coordination calls (approximately 1 hour per day)

Client Time Zone: Singapore Time (SGT)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are on hourly rates, which depend on performance in the application process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage comprehensive scheduling and calendar coordination across multiple client engagements
  • Process and track invoices, monitor payment collections, and maintain financial records
  • Monitor and manage communications on behalf of the consultant
  • Provide regular updates on project deadlines and deliverable status
  • Maintain organized records and documentation systems
  • Participate in daily coordination calls to align on priorities and tasks
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks as business needs evolve

Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) — essential
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
  • Philippines-based location strongly preferred for optimal timezone alignment
  • Availability for daily calls during Singapore business hours
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Previous virtual assistant or administrative support experience (preferred)
  • Comfortable working in secure virtual environments
