Established in 1995, Allmould Plastics has supplied, serviced and contributed to successful businesses and their associated products and partners throughout Australia and internationally.

We're currently looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team.

We're looking for someone who has a good grasp on general accounts functions, with a working knowledge of the Xero Accounting system.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Accounts Payable:
  • Data entry of supplier invoices
  • Matching bills to purchase orders where applicable
  • Ensuring goods have been received before processing payments
  • Assisting with new supplier credit application forms (excluding final approvals/signatures)
  • Conducting month-end supplier reconciliations
  • Accounts Receivable:
  • Data entry and processing of invoices
  • Sending monthly invoices/ claims to clients
  • General Financial Administration:
  • Managing the accounts email inbox, ensuring timely responses and actioning queries
  • Supporting bank reconciliations and cash flow management (future scope)
  • Administrative Support:
  • Updating administrative records and databases as required
  • Providing general support to the team with ad hoc administrative duties

This is a Philippines based, 100% remote, work-from-home (WFH) CONTRACTOR opportunity. While we are advertising this role in Metro Manila, you could be based elsewhere in the Philippines, provided you have a fast, reliable DSL/Fiber internet connection.

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in accounts administration or bookkeeping
  • Previous experience within the manufacturing industry
  • Experience contracting to an offshore company
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • A solid understanding of Australian tax laws
  • Experience with BAS/IAS preparation
  • Familiarity with reconciling supplier statements and processing invoices
  • Ability to manage a busy inbox and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Excel (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to take on general administrative tasks as needed
  • A professional office work space with a modern dual screen computer and high speed Fiber internet
