  • A (Business Development Officer) Lead Generation plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and revenue of an organization by identifying and qualifying potential customers. This position focuses on sourcing new business opportunities, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel, and providing high-quality leads to the Sales and Acquisition team. The Lead Generation Specialist leverages a variety of channels, including google search, google maps, social media, cold outreach, and networking, to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) and lead generation tools.
    • Ability to conduct in-depth research and synthesize information quickly.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns is an asset.
