Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Development
Assist in setting up a new division of the company, including defining product lines, pricing, and market positioning.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Develop and execute marketing plans and sales strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
Prepare feasibility studies, proposals, and business models for new ventures.
Product Development & Sourcing
Research and recommend new products aligned with company goals and market demand.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for sourcing, pricing, and logistics.
- Work with management to establish product standards, branding, and packaging.
Monitor inventory levels, pricing updates, and product performance.
Marketing & Branding
Create and manage marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote company products and services.
- Develop content and materials for marketing collateral, website, and social media.
Coordinate events, exhibits, and client presentations to promote the company's offerings.
Administrative & Reporting
Prepare regular reports on sales, marketing performance, and business progress.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support management in business registration, permits, and compliance related to the trading arm.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or product management (experience in trading, distribution, or FMCG is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong planning and project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Must be self-driven, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to report to Eton Cyberpod Corinthian Office (Ortigas) on Mondays to Saturdays (flexible hours)
