Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning & Development

  2. Assist in setting up a new division of the company, including defining product lines, pricing, and market positioning.

  3. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  4. Develop and execute marketing plans and sales strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

  5. Prepare feasibility studies, proposals, and business models for new ventures.

  6. Product Development & Sourcing

  7. Research and recommend new products aligned with company goals and market demand.

  8. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for sourcing, pricing, and logistics.
  9. Work with management to establish product standards, branding, and packaging.

  10. Monitor inventory levels, pricing updates, and product performance.

  11. Marketing & Branding

  12. Create and manage marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote company products and services.

  13. Develop content and materials for marketing collateral, website, and social media.

  14. Coordinate events, exhibits, and client presentations to promote the company's offerings.

  15. Administrative & Reporting

  16. Prepare regular reports on sales, marketing performance, and business progress.

  17. Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  18. Support management in business registration, permits, and compliance related to the trading arm.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or product management (experience in trading, distribution, or FMCG is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong planning and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Must be self-driven, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to report to Eton Cyberpod Corinthian Office (Ortigas) on Mondays to Saturdays (flexible hours)
