HR Officer

The HR Officer is responsible for delivering essential human resources support across recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and administrative HR functions. The role ensures that HR processes are implemented effectively, employee concerns are addressed promptly, and all HR documentation and records are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
  • Assist in timekeeping validation, attendance monitoring, and preparation of HR-related reports.
  • Support implementation of HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and performance management activities.
  • Coordinate trainings, orientations, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR memos, notices, communication letters, and other related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Provide general HR support such as handling inquiries, preparing schedules, and assisting in day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, or timekeeping) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Willing to work a 6-day work week.
  • Willing to travel and visit branches in Quezon City as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
