  • For senior roles, 3–5 years may be required.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and government compliance (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
