- Responsible for Encoding/Payroll Entry
- Uploading of pay slips on the day of payroll crediting.
- Processes bi-weekly runs, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Handles adjustments for errors, corrections, or changes in members' status.
- Resolves payroll discrepancies and processes adjustments or corrections as needed.
- Maintains accurate and complete payroll records and documentation for audits and compliance.
- Manages employee benefits and deductions
- Works closely with the Human Resources Department to ensure accurate employee data and to manage payroll-related aspects of onboarding and terminations.
- Assists in internal and external payroll audits by preparing necessary documentation and providing information as requested.
- Adheres to payroll laws and regulations is essential for avoiding legal issues and penalties.
- Handles payroll information with confidentiality and security is vital to protecting employee data.
