  • Ensure payroll tax compliance, including filing and remitting taxes on time
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in the payroll system
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accuracy and resolve issues
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and regulatory purposes
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing payroll data and documentation
  • Must have 2-3 years experience as Payroll Specialist
  • Graduate of any related course
