We're Hiring: Payroll & Accounting Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll & Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in end-to-end payroll processing and accounting, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time for 50+ employees
  • Manage adjustments, deductions, benefits, and taxes
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, journal entries, and financial statements
  • Maintain accurate employee records in payroll systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, taxation, and reporting requirements
  • Support accounting functions: A/P, A/R, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Work with clients to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and general accounting
  • Proven experience handling payroll for 50+ employees
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end payroll management and accounting
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, Xero software, and Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
