Accounts Payroll Admin (Office-based)

Location: Sto. Domingo, Angeles City, Pampanga

Schedule: Full-time, Onsite | Monday to Friday | Morning Shift (8:00AM to 5:00PM)

Start Date: Immediate (October)

Salary: Negotiable, highly competitive package

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and assisting with related administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset to contribute to a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute complete payroll procedures for new hires and terminations, including final pay adjustments.
  • Handle inquiries related to payroll schedules, overtime, and adjustments via email and phone.
  • Verify payroll previews each pay cycle against previous payroll registers to ensure accuracy.
  • Input payroll data accurately and manage full payroll processing for over 50 employees on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare and maintain all payroll reports as required.
  • Support data migration between HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance systems.
  • Process client invoicing based on employee timesheets in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, data privacy, and company policies throughout all payroll operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • Proficiency in Xero Accounting software.
  • Prior experience in payroll administration is preferred (training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must be able to start immediately.
