We are a recruitment company seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Administrative Assistant to support a solopreneur in the film and documentary industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes of creative projects while handling essential administrative and bookkeeping tasks. The role is client-facing, but you will work from our modern office in Cebu IT Park, supporting the client remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily personal assistant support including scheduling, email and calendar management, and task coordination
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial administration (invoicing, expense tracking, data entry, reconciliations)
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for budgets, reports, and data tracking
- Maintain organized digital files and records for projects and financial documents
- Liaise with external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, contractors) on behalf of the client
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations
- Proven experience in administrative support or personal assistant roles
- Familiarity with bookkeeping tools/software (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar) and strong Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and confident using online productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
