About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join Kōrure' as a Virtual Assistant + Sales + Marketing Assistant on a contract basis. In this role, you will be a key member of the team, providing administrative, sales, and marketing support to ensure the smooth running of the business. You will be based remotely, with the flexibility to work from home.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing full administrative support, including diary management, scheduling appointments, managing email inboxes, and handling general inquiries
  • Assisting with sales activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and order processing
  • Supporting marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the delivery of high-quality work and an exceptional customer experience
  • Taking on ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or Marketing Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and various online tools and platforms
  • A proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
