About the role

Careplus International Services Inc is seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through both voice and non-voice channels. This is a full-time role based in Metro Manila, offering a competitive salary of up to 29,000 PHP.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Providing support across various non-voice communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media
  3. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while delivering a superior customer experience
  4. Accurately documenting all customer interactions and following established processes and procedures
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the call centre

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  4. Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  5. Proficiency in using various computer applications and call centre software
  6. Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential
