We seek BPO/Call center agents with or without experience in BPO industry

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
