About the role

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Agent with at least 6 months of sales experience to join our dynamic team at FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION'). As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a full-time, office-based role in Manila City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably with a focus on sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to handle customer queries effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with call center software and systems
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet performance objectives
