About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at CPI Management Services' as a Call Centre Agent. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will work in a full-time, office-based role in our Manila city centre location, playing a crucial part in delivering our company's mission and objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Handling a wide range of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective way
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills
What we're looking for
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer queries
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to going the extra mile
