About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at CPI Management Services' as a Call Centre Agent. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will work in a full-time, office-based role in our Manila city centre location, playing a crucial part in delivering our company's mission and objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Handling a wide range of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective way
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management
  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  6. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer queries
  4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  5. Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to going the extra mile
