The opportunity

DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, dayshift role based in Metro Manila. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Continually seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and identify areas for process improvements
  • Adhere to strict quality standards and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Adaptability and the willingness to learn and apply new skills to meet the changing needs of the business
  • A positive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not essential
