Junior Bookkeeper

Location: Quezon City, Philippines

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Internship with experience in bookkeeping is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with experience or certificate in bookkeeping
  • Understanding of Basic Accounting Principles: Knowledge of concepts like the double-entry system, assets, liabilities, equity, and the accounting cycle is crucial.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, is typically a must.
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: The core responsibility of recording transactions requires exceptional accuracy.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Essential for maintaining accurate financial records and managing multiple tasks like Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
