Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City for a Junior Staff Accountant. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities, preparing financial reports, and assisting with tax compliance. The Junior Staff Accountant will also handle account reconciliations, monitor expenses, and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date. Additionally, the role requires supporting audits and contributing to the overall financial stability of the company by adhering to accounting standards and internal procedures.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
  • Familiarity with tax compliance and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a team
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work under deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in accounting or a related role is a plus but not required
