Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper for a full-time, on-site role based in Caloocan City. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and assisting with tax reporting. The Junior Bookkeeper will also support accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Collaboration with the finance team is essential to maintain accurate financial records and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in bookkeeping practices, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes
  • Experience with accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks or other relevant systems
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a bookkeeping or similar accounting role is a plus but not required
