Starting Salary:
₱30,000 gross

We're looking for detail-oriented and motivated Accountants to manage financial transactions, invoicing, payroll processing, and tax-related tasks for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, experience with accounting software, and the ability to handle multiple financial processes accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and organize financial transactions for US-based clients.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare financial reports for quarterly book reviews with clients.
  • Manage invoicing, track payments, and resolve billing issues.
  • Process payroll for clients, including tax deductions, benefits, and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in preparing individual and corporate tax returns while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Monitor client business filings to ensure timely submission and compliance with state regulations.
  • Engage with clients through email and phone calls to provide assistance and answer inquiries.
  • Provide support for other accounting and compliance-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus but not required.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multi-task.
