Encode and validate daily time records (DTR):
Accurately input employee attendance from biometric devices or manual logs into the timekeeping system. Double-check entries to ensure completeness and correctness of working hours.
Monitor attendance compliance:
Track tardiness, absences, overtime, leaves, undertime, and official business requests. Ensure these are properly documented and approved before posting in the timekeeping records.
Assist in payroll preparation:
Support the HR Officer/Manager in preparing payroll computation sheets. This includes basic pay calculation, overtime pay, night differential, holiday pay, allowances, and deductions such as late/absent penalties.
Maintain and organize payroll records:
File and secure payroll-related documents including attendance sheets, overtime forms, leave applications, and official business slips. Ensure easy retrieval of documents for auditing or employee inquiries.
Support government compliance processing:
Help prepare data needed for statutory deductions such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax. Ensure that these deductions are correctly reflected in payroll.
Provide employee support:
Assist employees with concerns about attendance logs, leave balances, payroll discrepancies, and other related inquiries. Coordinate with the HR team to resolve issues promptly.
Perform HR administrative tasks:
Work closely with the HR team on clerical and administrative tasks related to timekeeping and payroll, including preparing summary reports, encoding updates, and supporting HR initiatives as required.
Assist in recruitment and selection:
Support the HR Manager during the hiring process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants. Prepare pre-employment requirements checklist and assist in onboarding new hires.
