The main responsibilities of a HR AND PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR include:

This role is responsible for a detailed, efficient, proactive and responsive approach to the end-to-end HR and Payroll operations and supporting month-end.  The role will support the Group Financial Controller, CFO, GMs and Directors across Australia and New Zealand, as well as involvement in the refinement and implementation of the Cachet Group's overarching financial and HR strategy.

  • Australian Payroll experience required.
  • 5 years' minimum experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Pragmatic and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Business literacy & numeracy ability to ensure relevant, timely & accurate reporting
  • Amenable to work in Makati with Hybrid setup. 3 days onsite, 2 day WFH.
