Payroll Supervisor
Seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to lead global payroll operations across EMEA and APAC through a centralized COE. The role focuses on strategy execution, process standardization, vendor management, and supporting a payroll system transformation. Ideal candidates have strong leadership skills and global payroll experience, preferably with Dayforce (Ceridian).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a global Payroll COE team, driving performance and handling escalations.
- Standardize and optimize global payroll processes, policies, and controls.
- Oversee payroll system implementations, vendor management, and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and internal audit standards; lead audits and risk management.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams; provide executive reporting.
- Champion payroll transformation and new technology adoption.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years in global payroll operations with 2+ years in leadership.
- Experience with global payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian).
- Deep understanding of global payroll laws, taxation, statutory reporting, and compliance.
- Proven ability to lead global teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall) and system implementation experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php80, Php87,000.00 per month
