ABOUT THE ROLE:

Olive Company Inc. is looking for a productive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our growing team. This Role plays a key part in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring smooth processes in recruitment, employee onboarding, records management and/or compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment
  • Prepare job offers, contracts, and onboarding requirements
  • Maintain and update 201 files and other HR records
  • Assist in handling employee concerns
  • Ensure compliance with labor standards and company policies
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field
  • With at least 6 months of HR experience (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
