Core responsibilities

  • Document preparation: Draft, format, and proofread a variety of documents, such as reports, policies, manuals, and presentations.
  • Record keeping: Establish and maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of information.
  • Information management: Assist with version control and document tracking to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with project teams and departments to collect and update necessary documentation.
  • Compliance support: Help prepare and organize documents for audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative support: Take meeting minutes, manage project document distribution, and perform other administrative tasks related to documentation.

Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field like Business Administration, Office Administration, or IT is often preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in documentation management or administrative support is beneficial.

Skills:

  • Attention to detail: The role demands a high level of accuracy.
  • Organizational and time management skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is critical.
  • Computer proficiency: Must be well-versed in common software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication skills: Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and external parties.
