HRD ASSISTANT
Assignment: Main Office – San Fernando, Pampanga
The Human Resource Assistant - Compensation helps in maintaining accurate attendance and payroll records, assisting in the administration of employee benefits, and supporting compliance with government requirements. The role provides clerical and administrative support to ensure employees receive timely and accurate compensation and statutory benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
· Record and monitor employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
· Assist in preparing payroll data and coordinate with Finance for processing.
· Support compliance with government-mandated benefits and reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
· Maintain employee compensation and benefits files and update HR records.
· Provide assistance to employees with questions on attendance, payroll, or benefits.
· Prepare reports on attendance, leave, and benefits as needed.
· Support HR audits and documentation requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational), Human Resource Management, or related field.
· Preferably with six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in timekeeping, payroll support, or benefits administration is an advantage.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
· Good attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage confidential information.
· Effective written and oral communication skills.
· Willingness to learn statutory benefits processes and HR systems.
