HR Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Support performance evaluation processes and identify training needs
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and policy enforcement
- Assist in payroll, compensation review, and government-mandated benefits
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a strong company culture
- Maintain accurate employee records and contribute to policy documentation
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
