The Accounting Assistant supports the Finance Department in maintaining accurate and organized financial records. This position handles daily accounting operations such as encoding transactions, preparing reports, and assisting in reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily transactions such as sales, expenses, and disbursements.

  • Assist in the preparation of vouchers, invoices, and receipts.

  • Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of accounting documents.

  • Support monthly and year-end closing processes.

  • Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash monitoring.

  • Coordinate with other departments for accurate collection and liquidation of funds.

  • Help prepare reports and summaries for management review.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Accounting Officer or Supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php630.00 per day
