Job description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship background are encouraged to apply
- Willing to be trained and open to learning HR processes and systems
- Can take full responsibility of all HR Function
- Knowledge in Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Basic understanding of Labor Laws and HR Policies
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll and Compensation Support
- Assist in collecting, validating, and preparing Timekeeping Summary
- Coordinate with Accounting/Payroll for timely salary disbursement.
- Monitor and compute government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Withholding Tax).
- Assist in updating salary records and compensation adjustments.
2. Government Benefits Compliance
- Facilitate enrollment, updates, and documentation for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.
- File and monitor benefit claims (SSS Sickness, Maternity, EC, etc.).
- Prepare monthly remittance reports and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with government agencies regarding employee concerns or account issues.
3. Company-Initiated Benefits
- Assist in the administration of HMO enrollment, deletion, and claims support.
- Support in the rollout of company benefits such as incentives, allowances, and bonuses.
- Maintain records and monitor usage of benefits like leave credits,
4. Employee Records and Documentation
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee compensation and benefit records.
- Update masterlist of active employees for payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure that employee files are complete with relevant compensation and benefits documents.
5. Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare and submit regular reports on DTR summary, benefit utilization, and government remittances.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
6. Employee Support and Communication
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and leave entitlements.
- Assist in employee orientation related to compensation and benefits.
- Help escalate unresolved issues to HR Manager or concerned department.
7. Implements other special projects which may be assigned from time to time.
