Job Summary:

The Helper (Documentation) is responsible for assisting in the preparation, verification, and organization of delivery and warehouse documents. The role supports drivers, checkers, and warehouse staff by ensuring that all transaction papers are accurate, complete, and properly filed to maintain smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and checking of delivery receipts (DRs), gate passes, and trip tickets.
  • Verify accuracy of documentation against actual items being dispatched or received.
  • Ensure that all documents are signed, stamped, and properly turned over to the concerned departments.
  • Accompany the driver during deliveries when necessary to handle and submit documents to clients.
  • Maintain orderly filing of completed documents for record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, checkers, and dispatchers regarding daily delivery schedules.
  • Support other warehouse or operational tasks when needed.
  • Follow company and client procedures on documentation handling and confidentiality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the documentation area or assigned workplace.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery documentation.
  • Organized, attentive to detail, and able to handle multiple documents accurately.
  • Physically fit and willing to assist in fieldwork or deliveries when required.
  • Honest, reliable, and a good team player.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules or extended hours as needed.
