DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Manage and execute assigned marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, digital, and social media initiatives.
  • Track and report on brand performance metrics, including sales, market share, engagement, and campaign ROI.
  • Support product launches, product enhancements, and tactical brand activities to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, content, and digital assets for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Participate in special projects that contribute to brand growth and overall business objectives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
