Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management or integrated marketing roles, preferably in consumer electronics, appliances, or other durable goods industries.
- Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and launching successful marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
- Proven background in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and agency/vendor management.
- Experience working closely with Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales to deliver aligned go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Management
- Develop and implement long-term brand strategy for HVAC and WRAC product lines.
- Define brand architecture, positioning, tone of voice, and identity systems.
- Translate brand strategies into actionable annual plans and integrated campaign calendars.
Brand Research and Insight Development
- Lead development and analysis of brand health tracking, competitive benchmarking, and market research.
- Organize and interpret customer insights
- Partner with agencies to generate actionable insights that support messaging and innovation.
Campaign Development and Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
- Manage creative and media agencies in developing campaign assets and rollout plans.
- Oversee campaign timelines, content production, and budget allocations.
- Track performance using metrics such as brand recall, engagement, and reach.
Brand Governance and Stewardship
- Maintain and regularly update brand guidelines for internal and external use.
- Conduct brand alignment workshops for internal teams and partners.
- Review and approve marketing materials, packaging, and communications for brand consistency.
Brand Engagement & Corporate Initiative
- Manage PR, influencer, and CSR programs to enhance brand visibility and values.
- Represent the brand in corporate events, sponsorships, and industry forums.
- Collaborate with digital and social media teams to engage communities and amplify campaigns.
Cross-functional and Commercial Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on GTM planning and product positioning.
- Work with Trade Marketing and Sales to create in-store programs and retail brand experiences.
- Participate in annual planning to align brand initiatives with commercial targets.
