 is looking for a 
Marketing Coordinator
 to support the Marketing Communications team in bringing our brand stories to life. This role plays a key part in assisting with branding, digital marketing, events coordination, and public relations efforts to strengthen our market presence and guest engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and events across all B Hotel properties.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, social media content, and promotional collaterals in line with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (suppliers, media, influencers, and agencies) to ensure timely and effective implementation of marketing activities.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, inquiry handling, and engagement tracking.
  • Help organize and execute on-ground activations, photoshoots, and other marketing-related events.
  • Maintain marketing reports, photo and video databases, and performance metrics to measure campaign success.
  • Support public relations initiatives, including press releases, media coordination, and coverage monitoring.
  • Handle administrative and logistical tasks related to marketing operations while ensuring deadlines and brand standards are met.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
    .
  • At least 
    1 year of experience
     in marketing, advertising, or events coordination (internship experience considered).
  • Strong understanding of 
    social media management, digital marketing, and content creation
    .
  • Excellent 
    communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Highly 
    organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
     in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new tools and marketing techniques.
  • Proficient in 
    Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
    ; basic design or Canva skills are a plus.
  • Willing to work 
    on-site from Monday to Friday in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
    .
