We help athletes, sports properties, and brands grow through digital storytelling and creator-led strategies. We currently have an exclusive partnership to manage and monetize the Premier Volleyball League's Social and Digital Assets.

Role Description

We're looking for a Commercial & Operations Associate who will work directly with the CEO and leadership team in building the agency's commercial engine. This role blends sales coordination, client management, and business operations — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to grow into a senior leadership path.

What You'll Do

  • Support the CEO in day-to-day commercial operations — client meetings, proposal building, follow-ups, and deal tracking.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (content, production, strategy) to ensure timely delivery of client campaigns.
  • Prepare decks, proposals, and reports for pitches and active clients.
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks that keep the business running smoothly (calendar management, documentation, procurement).
  • Help develop sales pipelines and maintain CRM data.
  • Participate in brand meetings and represent Echelon professionally in select client touchpoints.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years' experience in marketing, media, or business operations (agency, startup, or sports industry a plus).
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Sheets skills.
  • Excited to grow into either a
    commercial leadership
    or
    chief-of-staff
    track.

Growth Roadmap

0–6 months:

  • Master internal processes and sales coordination.
  • Co-lead proposal building and client onboarding.
  • Take ownership of administrative systems and reporting.

6–12 months:

  • Independently manage select accounts and client meetings.
  • Support in shaping sales strategy and pipeline forecasting.
