DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Manage category performance including business forecasts, profitability, product range, innovations, and enhancements.
  • Oversee and execute advertising, promotions, and brand marketing programs to support sales growth and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Ensure achievement of category KPIs such as revenues, gross margin, A&P efficiency, product development milestones, and overall Brand Health (market share, trial, usage, imagery).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, Accounting, and Product Development teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and operational plans.
  • Provide marketing support for product launches, product enhancements, and tactical brand activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Lead and participate in special projects aligned with brand and company objectives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Marketing, Management or other related courses
  • With at least 1-2 years' experience in Brand Marketing
  • Highly analytical and results oriented
  • Above average communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
