The Marketing Community Manager is responsible for building, growing, and managing the brand's online and offline community. This role focuses on engaging audiences, strengthening brand loyalty, and supporting marketing campaigns through meaningful interactions with customers, followers, and partners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  • Manage and grow the brand's social media communities (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and curate engaging content to drive community conversations and brand awareness.
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Identify community trends, insights, and feedback to improve marketing strategies.
  • Organize online and offline events (e.g., community meetups, influencer collaborations).
  • Track and analyze community engagement metrics to measure performance and effectiveness.
  • Build relationships with advocates, influencers, and key community members.
  • Handle reputation management and ensure a positive brand image online.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in community management, social media management, or marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and community management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
