As a
Creative Designer
, you'll support marketing and communication efforts through graphic design, presentation design, video production, and content publishing. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities


1. Graphic Design

  • Create digital and print materials (social media graphics, event collaterals, infographics, newsletters).
  • Adapt global/master assets into multiple formats and sizes.
  • Ensure brand consistency by following brand guidelines.


2. Presentation Design (PPT)

  • Design basic to advanced-level PowerPoint presentations.
  • Create clean, professional visuals: charts, icons, layouts, and diagrams.
  • Maintain consistency through template standardization.


3. Video Production & Editing

  • Edit both short-form and long-form videos (AVPs, highlight reels, product demos, social content).
  • Add motion graphics, transitions, music, and subtitles as needed.
  • Repurpose video assets for various platforms and use cases.


4. Content Design & Publishing

  • Design layouts for newsletters, reports, and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with writers to convert text into visual stories.
  • Support content updates on CMS or internal platforms.


5. Creative Operations

  • Manage multiple production requests efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain version control and archive design files correctly.
  • Collaborate with senior designers, creative leads, and marketing stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in creative production or design execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
    Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects

  • Strong skills in
    PowerPoint
    and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Canva

    Figma
    , or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
  • Strong attention to detail in layout, typography, and branding.
