Job Overview

The E-Commerce Associate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing our stores across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. This role is ideal for someone passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and business growth in the fast-paced online retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Store Setup & Maintenance

  • Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, and images).
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Regularly update product inventory and details.

Order & Operations Management

  • Monitor daily sales and process orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track inventory and manage restocking needs.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, flash sales, and campaigns.
  • Support TikTok Shop livestreams and influencer collaborations.
  • Work with the marketing team to design product visuals, ads, and content.

Customer Service & Engagement

  • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback professionally.
  • Manage returns, refunds, and issue resolution in coordination with support teams.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track sales performance and marketing KPIs across platforms.
  • Generate regular performance reports and recommend growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online store management (Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop).
  • Strong understanding of online marketplace systems and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with e-commerce dashboards.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic photo/video editing (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)
  • Experience with paid ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Discovery, or TikTok Ads)
  • Background in TikTok content creation or live-selling management
