About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We're seeking a motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Representative (Voice | Inbound Call Support) to join our dynamic team at LIZSIL INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER AGENCY' in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality support to our valued customers through inbound voice calls.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  4. Documenting interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and processes
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  3. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  4. Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
  5. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
  6. Familiarity with customer service best practices and call handling techniques
