About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team at IGT Technologies Philippines, Inc. in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City. This is a full-time role providing email and voice support to our travel industry clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support to help resolve their inquiries and issues.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing high-quality email and voice support to customers in the travel industry
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for further assistance
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  5. Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred, but
    not required
