About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at ARAM ENTERPRISES INC'. In this full-time position based in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through both voice and non-voice channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing support and guidance to customers through various non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhering to established service level agreements and performance targets

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  • A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Fluency in both English and the local language
