About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.', you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support to our valued clients. This full-time position, based in Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, will involve handling both voice and non-voice customer inquiries across a range of channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via telephone, email, chat, and other communication channels
  • Providing timely and accurate information to customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contributing to process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A team-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Fluency in English and familiarity with the local language
